B-52 or B-53, which one do you like most? Since created in late 70’s this drink has been a favorite of bar menus. It was created by a bartender in Alberta in honor of the band with the same name, the B 52’s. It is made by layering a coffee liqueur (Kahlua) plus an irish cream (Bailey’s) plus an orange liqueur (Grand Mernier). They have to be poured slowly in that order, one by one, using the back of a spoon. For the B-53 substitute Bailey’s for Sambuca.
